Ordering Method:
- All orders go through our web site secure ordering system
- - Please note this is not a payment gateway shopping cart, but rather a secure
ordering system to provide us with all the information to begin to process your order
- - Our ordering system does not calculate shipping or tax, these are included on the
invoice that is created after the order is packed up and weighed. Your invoice will be
sent to you by email in .pdf format when the order ships
- - Sorry, we are unable to accept phone orders
- - If you wish to associate a PO, or requisition number to your order you may enter it in the PST
number field, just be sure to put PO in front so we know that's what it is
Payment Terms:
- All orders are prepaid
- - Sorry, we do not offer net 30 terms or COD and we do not accept Paypal.

Credit card payment is processed last, after the order has been packed and weighed
and the invoice created including shipping and any
applicable taxes, when the order is shipping out. If credit card
payment is declined, payment by e-transfer will be required. Incorrect expiry dates are one of
the most frequent causes of payment being declined and the shiping being delayed. Please make sure to submit
the correct numbers to avoid any delays with your order
**Please note declined orders not paid for within
2 weeks will be subject to an additional administration fee**
By placing an order with Oshun you authorize us to charge the
total amount of the invoice of your order to the credit card provided and agree to pay your credit card
issuer according to your card issuer agreement

Minimums:
- Our minimum order is $250
- - Sorry, we are unable to accept orders that do not meet the minimum
- - Although we are a wholesale company and most of our sales are B2B, we are happy to accept orders from
individuals, hobbyists, soapmakers, crafters, students, aromatherapists, M.D.s, N.D.s, RMTs, universities, government, schools
and fundraisers provided the minimum order is met
- - There are no minimums on product quantities
Prices:
- Product pricing on the web site is current and what you will be charged on the invoice
- - Shipping and any applicable tax is separate and not included in the prices
- - In the event an item / quantity ordered is not in stock and new cost is significantly higher than current, we
will contact you to advise before processing the order
- - Bulk discounts are built into the pricing
- - We do not charge you for anything that is not shipped. If an item is out of stock you will not be charged until
it ships
Currency:
- All our prices and invoices are in Canadian Dollars
Sales Area:
- We sell and ship to all points in Canada and the United States, including PO Boxes
- - Sorry, we do not export outside North America
Handling:
- There are no handling fees
Shipping (& Picking Up):
- We ship daily and all orders are shipped out ASAP, many same day
- Shipping cannot be calculated by our ordering system
- If you require a shipping quote first, you can email us or select
one of the Quote First options as your shipping method (see shipping info page for details). Or you can simply select one of the
Cheapest methods to get the actual cheapest rate at the time of shipping without adding extra delays to your order
- If you are picking up, select Pick Up at V&C Courier as your shipping method (see shipping info page for details)
- Most of our orders ship by Canada Post Expedited as it is almost always the cheapest and fast, but we also use Regular Parcel
where it is selected or the cheapest option when Cheapest Post or Cheapest Shipping is selected
- If you are wanting to use your own carrier, please select Collect - My Carrier as your shipping method (see details below)
- Courier shipping options are now available including Canpar, Purolator, UPS, FedEx and others

Tax:
- There are no taxes included in the prices
- - All Canadian orders will have 5% GST added to the invoice
- - 7% BC PST applies to all orders in British Columbia unless a BC PST exempt number is submitted with the order in the
PST number field or by email or is already on file
- - PST numbers will be kept on file by company name but please put in the PST field when ordering to be sure exemption is applied
- - If you have a BC PST exemption certificate you may email or fax it to us: 250-832-1079 and we will keep it on file
thereafter
- - If you are a business in BC and haven't yet registered for a PST exempt number (if the packaging or ingredient products you buy from us
are for resale or for use in making products for resale, they would be PST exempt), you can find info, register, file your PST returns and pay all online.

Invoice:
- A pdf paid invoice is emailed to you or your billing contact email when the order ships. If paying by e-transfer, you will receive your invoice with the e-tfr info payment

Returns:
- Due to the nature of the products we sell, there are no returns or exchanges
- - This is part of our quality control program, we can't resell something that has been out of our hands
- - We cannot accept returns because you ordered the wrong item. Please get samples to determine the
suitability for your application
Samples:
- Looking for packaging for a new product or line? Or looking for a new supplier? We're more than happy to send out samples for you to
test for suitability and compatibility. Please send us a sample request email with your name, company name, postal mailing address
to send the samples to, phone number and the product codes of which items you require samples of. There is no charge for samples, however we ask that you provide all the
info needed, no double spacing, using product codes if possible, so that a ONE page email can just be printed off and the samples sent.
