Ordering Method:
- All orders go through our web site secure ordering system
- - Please note this is not a payment gateway shopping cart, but rather a secure ordering system to provide us with all the information to begin to process your order
- - Our ordering system does not calculate shipping or tax, these are included on the invoice that is created after the order is packed up and weighed. Your invoice will be sent to you by email in .pdf format when the order ships
- - Sorry, we are unable to accept phone orders
- - If you wish to associate a PO, or requisition number to your order you may enter it in the PST number field, just be sure to put PO in front so we know that's what it is
Payment Terms:
- All orders are prepaid
- - Sorry, we do not offer net 30 terms or COD and we do not accept Paypal. Please see below for all the payment methods we accept

Credit card payment is processed last, after the order has been packed and weighed and the invoice created including shipping and any applicable taxes, when the order is shipping out. If credit card payment is declined, payment by e-transfer will be required. Incorrect expiry dates are one of the most frequent causes of payment being declined and the shiping being delayed. Please make sure to submit the correct numbers to avoid any delays with your order
**Please note declined orders not paid for within 2 weeks will be subject to an additional administration fee**
By placing an order with Oshun you authorize us to charge the total amount of the invoice of your order to the credit card provided and agree to pay your credit card issuer according to your card issuer agreement

Minimums:
- Our minimum order is $250
- - Sorry, we are unable to accept orders that do not meet the minimum
- - Although we are a wholesale company and most of our sales are B2B, we are happy to accept orders from individuals, hobbyists, soapmakers, crafters, students, aromatherapists, M.D.s, N.D.s, RMTs, universities, government, schools and fundraisers provided the minimum order is met
- - There are no minimums on product quantities
Prices:
- Product pricing on the web site is current and what you will be charged on the invoice
- - Shipping and any applicable tax is separate and not included in the prices
- - In the event an item / quantity ordered is not in stock and new cost is significantly higher than current, we will contact you to advise before processing the order
- - Bulk discounts are built into the pricing
- - We do not charge you for anything that is not shipped. If an item is out of stock you will not be charged until it ships
Currency:
- All our prices and invoices are in Canadian Dollars

- - US clients will be billed on their credit card statements in US dollars, the credit card company does the conversion at the current exchange rate on the day of the transaction
Sales Area:
- We sell and ship to all points in Canada and the United States, including PO Boxes
- - Sorry, we do not export outside North America
Handling:
- There are no handling fees
- All orders are shipped out
- - We ship to all addresses in Canada and the USA, including PO Boxes
- - Most of our orders ship by Canada Post Expedited as it is the cheapest shipping and usually the fastest too
- - The actual shipping cost will be charged on the invoice (prepay & add) as determined by the destination, dimensions and weight of the shipment by Canada Post's Electronic Shipping Tools software
- - The real shipping cost is what is charged, there is no shipping cost factored into the product pricing nor is the shipping cost partially subsidized in the product prices
- -The shipping is not free (except locally as noted on our shipping info page), and there is no free shipping over a certain dollar value. The bulk discounts are built into the product pricing instead
- If you require a shipping quote, please email us. We will need your full postal mailing address, and what item you require a shipping quote for. Please note there are shipping method options you can select when placing your order "Quote Cheapest Shipping First" and "Quote Faster Shipping"
- To get the cheapest shipping, select Cheapest as your shipping method
- We are not responsible for damage or delays in delivery time once shipment leaves our warehouse
- Please note there is no coverage available for glass breakage, insurance only covers if Canada Post loses the shipment
FOB:
- Our Salmon Arm, British Columbia warehouse (some direct shipped pallet quantities are FOB delivered)
Tax:
- There are no taxes included in the prices
- - All Canadian orders will have 5% GST added to the invoice
- - 7% BC PST applies to all orders in British Columbia unless a BC PST exempt number is submitted with the order in the PST number field or by email or is already on file
- - PST numbers will be kept on file by company name but please put in the PST field when ordering to be sure exemption is applied
- - If you have a BC PST exemption certificate you may email or fax it to us: 250-832-1079 and we will keep it on file thereafter
- - If you are a business in BC and haven't yet registered for a PST exempt number (if the packaging or ingredient products you buy from us are for resale or for use in making products for resale, they would be PST exempt), you can find info, register, file your PST returns and pay all online. - - There is no provincial sales tax on orders shipped to provinces outside BC and we do not need your GST or BN number
- - There is no tax on orders shipped to the USA
Invoice:
- A proper itemized invoice is sent out on the order. No electronic copies are kept. Please be sure to remove your invoice from the box when your order arrives and keep for your records
Returns:
- Due to the nature of the products we sell, there are no returns or exchanges
- - This is part of our quality control program, we can't resell something that has been out of our hands
- - We cannot accept returns because you ordered the wrong item. Please get samples to determine the suitability for your application
Samples:
- Looking for packaging for a new product or line? Or looking for a new supplier? We're more than happy to send out samples for you to test for suitability and compatibility. Please send us a sample request email with your name, company name, postal mailing address to send the samples to, phone number and the product codes of which items you require samples of. There is no charge for samples, however we ask that you provide all the info needed, no double spacing, using product codes if possible, so that a ONE page email can just be printed off and the samples sent.
