This category contains the airless pump bottle sets
- These items are sold as a complete set with
the airless pump and overcap
- Airless pumps don't have a dip tube like a lotion
or treatment pump. As product is pumped out, the vacuum
pulls the inner bottom of the bottle up
- An airless bottle can evacuate 90 - 95% of the
product
- Typically airless sets are used to package high
end luxury products including creams, lotions, serums, and
foundations
- Can be used for higher viscosity products such as
heavy creams that may be more difficult to dispense with
a typical pump
- May not be suitable for formulas with a high
percentage of silicone
- As with any packaging product, should be tested
with your product to assure proper dispensing
