  • A thickener and emulsifier. Forms gel when mixed with water. Preferred over other gum powders in thickening creams for it's smoother texture. Use rate is roughly .3% of the water phase in an emulsion. Widely used in food products. Food Grade. Ph.Eur./USP/NF/FCC Product of Austria.
