Montmorillonite Airfloated. Montmorillonite is a complex aluminum/magnesium silicate clay. This clay is red in colour due to the 7% iron content. Can be used in similar ways to kaolin or in soap where it will yield colour. Can also be mixed with kaolin to make pink clay. Raw clay specifications: SiO2 64.27% Al2O3 16.41% Fe2O3 7.04% TiO2 1.06% MgO 1.55% CaO 0.23% Na2O 0.40% K2O 4.07% Product of the USA.
